Weeping Angels are graveyard angels from Doctor Who: Blink.

Weeping Angels would move towards you well you weren't looking or when you blinked. They mostly appear to be covering there eyes (Which looks like weeping, so that's were their name came from) so they don't look at each other. To survive, they require time energy, and send their victims into the past.
